  • The DORA, Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, gives you the opportunity to have a drink and browse some of your favorite shops in Tipp City, Troy, and Piqua. Come and enjoy a drink and time with friends in three of our beautiful downtown communities. Some general rules for DORA participants include, that you must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate and purchase alcohol.   • The Miami County Courthouse, located in Troy, Ohio, has a rich history dating back to its construction in the early 1880s. Construction of the Miami County Courthouse began in 1885 and was completed in 1888. Joesph Yost of Columbus, Ohio was the architect who designed this building. Statues placed at the top of the Courthouse represent what was most important to Miami County in 1888.   • National Beer Day in the United States is celebrated every year on April 7th which commemorates the Cullen–Harrison Act’s passage.
