Enjoy the day touring six beautiful gardens located in Troy and Piqua, OH. Our theme is “A Garden Is Music To The Earth!” You’ll see a variety of gardening styles including a whimsical outdoor gardening “farm”, formal gardens, and fun, casual spaces. This unique program will allow guests to experience and learn about the decorative collection in the Johnston house, and gain insights into both the 1967 and the 2018 restorations. David Fong, local author of Ohio's Troy vs Piqua Football Rivalry: The Battle on the Miami, will be taking the stage on Tuesday, September 24 at 6:30pm to discuss the long-standing rivalry between these 2 schools, dating back to 1899. The game will take place later that week at Alexander Stadium on September 27 at 7pm.
