What's Upstairs in Downtown? That question led Troy Community Works, in collaboration with Leadership Troy, to create the Second Story Secrets Tour in 2014. The 2025 tour will be held on November 1, 2025 from 1pm-5pm. The tour offers a rare chance to slip inside the upper floors and little-known spaces around downtown. 8-10 Locations in all with a SECRET location revealed the evening of the event!

Together, they will perform Sometimes It Happens So, a poignant song cycle by American composer Kile Smith, set to the poetry of Jane Flanders. Ben Flanders is the founder and Artistic Director of Slavic Voices, an ensemble dedicated to the art song traditions of Eastern and Central Europe. He is also an active recitalist and opera performer, known
