This event will feature live storytelling, interactive experiences and entertainment that reflects the historical theme of the Underground Railroad in West Milton, Ohio. The Tipp City Area Arts Council is thrilled to announce an inaugural event - A Decadent Affair - on May 9, 2026. This highly anticipated evening will bring together the best in local wine, gourmet delights, music, and visual art in support of the arts in our community. Guests will have the opportunity to taste a curated selection of wines from fantastic local wineries, while enjoying small bites from local caterers & pâtisseries, live music, and art displays (with items for sale) from local artists. Your participation will directly support the Tipp City Area Arts Council’s mission to foster and
