Conveniently located right off of I-75, the Concord Room has been in Troy for more than 10 years and is over 4000 sq ft event space on the ground level with plenty of close parking, at a very reasonable price. The many features of the space include recessed and pendant lighting with dimmers, a 375 sq ft dance floor, a large coat closet, a whole-room audio system with mic, two 6-stall bathrooms, 16 round folding tables, and 180 comfortable banquet chairs, 16 eight foot folding tables. Wedding Rentals include a bridal suite and a groom’s lounge. The Concord Room is ready for you to celebrate milestones, cherish one-of-a-kind moments, and create lasting memories.
