Join us for an evening set back in time, as we explore the history of gin and gin cocktails. Bartender Nick Kosevich of Drinks Apothecary & Earl Giles will hit the stage at 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 26 to share his expertise on tasting techniques, Prohibition cocktails, gin 101, and more. He’ll also craft up a special selection of gin cocktails for all to try.

Each ticket secures you a tasting of each of our house gins by A.M. Scott Distillery, a sampling of (4) gin cocktails — Jackson Pollock, Gin Old Fashioned, Tom Collins, Negroni — and light appetizers. The presentation will likely conclude around 8pm, so feel free to make dinner reservations at that time.
