The Troy Foundation is proud to present Main Street Troy, a multimedia concert featuring Champaign County native Scott Kirby, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 7–9 p.m. at the APAC – Arbogast Performing Arts Center.
This unique program blends live piano performance, storytelling, video, and Kirby’s original artwork depicting many of Troy’s buildings, offering an immersive exploration of the American small-town experience. Special chapters will highlight Troy and its rich history, incorporating insights gathered from interviews with the The Troy Historical Society, Troy-Hayner Cultural Center, Local History & Genealogy Center, Museum of Troy History and more.
Known for seamlessly weaving together visual art and live music, Kirby creates performances that are both nostalgic and fresh—capturing the spirit of small towns and historic streetscapes through sound and imagery. The evening will feature a mix of beloved American piano repertoire alongside classic ragtime selections.
Join us for this free community event as we celebrate Troy’s history and the America250. Doors open at 6:00 p.m., and the performance begins at 7:00 p.m.
