Located Southwest of Tipp City.  From Tipp City, take Rt. 571 West about 2 miles to Peters Road, turn left (South) and continue a short distance to Troy Frederick Rd….it only turns to the right (road goes West for a bit and then South). Follow Troy Frederick Rd. a little more than 2 miles to Neal Pearson Rd., which turns to the right (West). Property is approximately a ½ mile on the right….drive slowly. Barn sits back from the road at back of the property. The owners have requested that visitors not drive back to the barn, but instead park at the end of the driveway or on the side of the road.
