Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) On Monday, November 17 at 7 PM, as part of the WACO Aviation Lecture Series, Jason Foley from the Cincinnati Flight Standards District Office (FSDO) will present on the Modernization of Special Airworthiness Certification (MOSAIC) which was effective October 23. Foley is an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP), Gold Seal Certificated Flight Instructor (CFI), has worked as an FAA Aviation Safety Inspector and currently is the FAA Safety Team Program Manager. Building on the momentum of this year’s Summer Fest, the Sunshade Building will host its next seasonal celebration, the Sunshade Holiday Fest, on Saturday, November 22 from 12–3 PM. The event will feature more than 25 local artists and makers, open studios, food trucks, coffee, and more. This season’s event expands into the building’s first floor, adding 12 new vendors for a total of more than 25 artists and makers.
