Based in Charlotte, NC, Austin Shook has been practicing sound healing full time since 2016. With over 25 instruments — crystal singing bowls, gongs, native flutes, didgeridoo, hand pan, harmonium, guzheng, and more — his setup is truly one of a kind. He has shared the power and medicine of sound in yoga studios, hospitals, churches, nursing homes, parks, and festivals across 41 states. In 2023 he released his first sound healing recording, Heart Songs. Austin feels it’s important to carry the knowing that he is not actually healing anyone — the instruments and events hold space for you to heal yourself.
