Drawing Room Chamber Concert – Wittenberg Woodwind Quintet

The Drawing Room Chamber concert series is an intimate series of concerts that take place in Hayner’s East Room on the last Tuesday of most months in the school year. It is hosted by composer and pianist, Steven Aldredge of Wright State University. Chamber concerts, unlike larger philharmonic experiences, allow these talented musicians the opportunity to choose their favorite pieces and share their thoughts and feelings about what they play. The November concert will present the Wittenberg Woodwind Quintet with Christopher Durrenberger. Music students are welcome and have a unique opportunity to hear both the music and the musician’s inspirations. The members of the quintet are professional musicians and music educators.
