AMERICA 250 COVINGTON

A FREE FAMILY COMMUNITY EVENT!

Bring the whole family out for a fun-filled day for Touch-A-Truck Event with the J R Clarke Library exploring big trucks, emergency vehicles, and heavy equipment up close! Children of all ages will have the opportunity to climb aboard, learn how the vehicles work, and meet the people who operate them every day.

Once you are done exploring the big trucks, swing on over to the Covington Newberry Historical Society (CNHS) (located in the same block/area). CNHS will feature a presentation from Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) at 10:00 a.m. The museum will be open 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with unique displays including features like the “Elephant Escape” and more!

Live Music from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. featuring Titus Bowman.

Food trucks will be available to grab a bite to eat.
