Chaffee's Brewhouse

Chaffee’s Brewhouse is located in the heart of downtown Tipp City. Along with a full bar, craft beer, craft cocktails, mocktails, wine, and carryout beer we offer a lighter fare menu such as a small variety of charcuterie trays. Guests looking for heavier fare are encouraged to bring in food from any of the neighboring restaurants. The goal of Chaffee’s is to highlight and showcase not only craft beer and spirits but also our other ventures such as Miami Valley Draft Services and The Hopyard at Lock 16. Our long-term goal is to use the hops that we produce and transform Chaffee’s into a nano brewery showcasing those hops.
