Buckeye Beauty

7750 South St. Rt. 201   |  Tipp City, Ohio

This family selected the Buckeye Beauty pattern because they are all huge fans of The Ohio State University Buckeyes. The barn, constructed of wood in 1876, is a Bank Barn. The owners discovered the date carved into the top of the barn. The current owners’ parents purchased the farm in 1940, and the farm was used for Jersey milk cows by both generations until 1986, along with some hogs and chickens.

This barn is located between Agenbroad and Ross Rd. on Rt. 201. From Tipp City, take Rt. 571 east to State Rt. 201, turn right (south) and travel past Agenbroad Road, and then about ¾ of a mile more. It can be seen clearly from the road. If you reach Ross Road, you passed it.
