Jenny Pfanenstiel, owner of Formé Millinery in Louisville, Kentucky is the Featured Milliner of the 148th Kentucky Derby, and the Official Milliner of the Kentucky Derby Museum. We are ecstatic to have Jenny judging our virtual Derby Day Hat Competition. Since the competition is virtual, we will announce a winner on social media at a later date.
