Here at the Miami County Visitors Bureau, we have been blogging about our area for years. And, more importantly, we continue to ask our residents and visitors to blog about their experiences throughout our historic towns as well. For example… did you know that we are part of the longest paved trail system in the country?

  • The DORA, Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area, gives you the opportunity to have a drink and browse some of your favorite shops in Tipp City, Troy, and Piqua. Come and enjoy a drink and time with friends in three of our beautiful downtown communities. Some general rules for DORA participants include, that you must be at least 21 years of age or older to participate and purchase alcohol. You cannot bring outside beverages or beverages bought at one establishment to another alcohol selling establishment.   • The Miami County Visitors & Convention Bureau (MCVCB) is launching a Tourism Grant Program for 2023. Anyone involved in travel and tourism-related activity in Miami County may apply for matching funds of up to $5,000.
