Bear Paw

This is a wooden barn, with a lean-to addition on each end. The owner’s parents purchased the farm in 1932, and then owner purchased in 1974.

Property is Southeast of Piqua. From Piqua, take Rt. 36 East, past I-75 to Troy Sidney Rd. (If traveling on I-75, take Exit #82 and travel East about a mile to Troy Sidney Rd.) Turn right onto Troy Sidney Rd. and continue until you reach W. Peterson Rd., approximately 3 miles; turn right (West). Property is near the intersection on the North side of the road.
